Terms and Conditions of Sale

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you agree that you have read and understood all the information provided on our website regarding our products and services, including delivery time and the fact that we do NOT guarantee a delivery date. This means, you are not eligible for a refund if your order does not arrive / has not arrived to its destination within an assumed time frame unless you were given written guarantees from one of our staff.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be returned and refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

The customer is responsible for checking the measurements table for each item listed on our website and contact us if they have any doubts about the size they should order. The customer is not eligible for a return or refund if the product doesn’t fit them if the size of the product matches the dimensions specified in the measurements table. The measurements tables have a 1cm to 2cm error allowance and this policy stands accordingly.

Returns 
The seller has 90 days after delivery of the order to solve any problems occurred before you are eligible for a refund. You are obliged to work with the seller in the period of those 90 days to solve any matters occurred and only if the problems have not been solved within that period you may be eligible for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging. The unopened items in the original packaging must be return to the address specified by our staff using a tracked delivery service to ensure they reach their destination safely.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, such as bras, bralettes, bikinis or other form of underwear or swimsuits.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Cancelled orders (if applicable) 
There is a 20% order cancellation fee should the order be cancelled within 24hrs of the order being placed on our website. Should an order be cancelled you will be refunded 80% of the value of your order.

Orders cannot be cancelled after 24hrs after placing the order on the website. No refund will be offered in this situation.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@daisyberry.com. Loose threads, wrinkles, slight colour difference (due to lighting of the photograph or screen), missing labels and any other small issues that can be easily resolved do not constitute a defect.

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

The customer is responsible for adding the correct shipping address to their order details at checkout. The order will be sent at the delivery address specified in the order on our website and the customer will NOT be refunded if that address is not the correct one.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
